As we are making devices to order, we commence manufacture on receipt of an official order and payment of 50%. At the time of writing, our lead time is approximately 3 months. We anticipate this will be reduced to 2 months in the near future.
No all prices are GST exclusive. We provide devices on an ex works basis. This means we manufacture and package the product ready for international shipping.
The shipping method, freight costs and local charges such as duties, GST and VAT are the responsibility of purchasers.
Please note that Australia is a signatory to a wide range of Free Trade Agreements that can affect the trans-border costs.
